诺丁汉健康量表对恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的评估

摘 要：诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)量表由两部分组成,第1部分包括38个条目,分为6个维度,即躯体活动、精力、疼痛、睡眠、社会联系与情感反应,第2部分包括工作、照料家庭、社会生活、家庭生活、性生活、爱好与兴趣、度等7方面.该量表是国际上公认的信度、效度、敏感度均较好的生存质量量表,在恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量研究中有较为广泛的应用,可以评价患者的生存质量,研究影响生存质量的因素以提高患者的生存质量,也可以研究恶性肿瘤患者的预后及评价治疗措施等.

简明心境量表(BPOMS)的初步修订

The Preliminary Revision of Brief Profile of Mood States (BPOMS) -Chinese Edition

摘 要：目的:修订并检验简明心境量表(BPOMS)的信度和效度.方法:对886名大学生实施该量表,并对其中74人间隔9天评定重测信度.随机抽取87名门诊初诊神经症患者进行BPOMS、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)的测查,评定效标效度.选取87名年龄、性别和文化与病例组相匹配的正常个体为对照组填写BPOMS,评定区分效度.结果:BPOMS的重测信度系数在0.406～0.664之间,α系数在0.705～0.890之间,具有较满意的信度.原量表共有6个维度,本研究对BPOMS进行因素分析后提取了5个维度,仍能够合理地解释该量表的结构.修订后BPOMS的"抑郁"维度与SDS、"紧张"维度与SAS的相关系数分别为0.605和0.602(P<0.01),神经症组与对照组在BPOMS和各维度的得分均有显著性的差异(P<0.01),说明BPOMS有良好的区分效度和效标效度.结论:该量表具有良好的信效度,是测量个体心境状态简便易行的工具.
